ELCA CIVIC CENTRE

What it is: A planned Civic Centre on a one-acre site to host training, rescue services, a library, skills facilities, event hall and short-term manufacturing labs. Designed to be a central hub for girls’ empowerment and income-generating activities.

Land holdings & future plans

ELCA also holds undeveloped plots (6 plots at Ugbolu) earmarked for future development to sustain the foundation’s work.

PROPOSED ELCA CIVIC CENTRE MODEL
  • 20-seat general library and reading space.

  • Beauty therapy/body grooming salon for training.

  • Computer/business appreciation centre.

  • 8-room transit hostel for distressed girls.

  • 200-capacity event hall for seminars and foundation events.

  • Laboratory/workshop for short-term manufacturing training (soaps, creams, household products)
