Vision
Elegant Ladies Club Asaba (ELCA) is a registered association of professional women established in 1985 (Certificate of Incorporation No. 4153) to provide a rallying point for Asaba women who wish to contribute to the social and economic development of Asaba. Membership is open to Asaba women by birth or marriage with a professional calling.
Mission
To create a forum for members to contribute towards the progress and aspirations of Asaba generally, with special attention to the well-being and advancement of women and the girl child.

Membership
Who qualifies: An Asaba woman by birth (father or mother) or by marriage, with a professional calling. ELCA is a selective membership of forty professional ladies focused on mentoring and raising the status of women and girls.
Member benefits: Networking, leadership opportunities, participation in national chapters, and direct engagement in ELCA programs and projects.
